🚨BREAKING G***K BAN UPDATE🚨

Federal Judge issues injunction against G***k Ban!

Last night CCDL brought the news that there would soon be a hearing on the G***k Ban. A federal judge affirmed that a ban on G***k-style pistols would likely violate the second amendment. This injuction is temporary while the case is litigated but there will be NO BAN going into effect on October 1st.

CCDL congratulates G***k, NSSF, Shadow Systems and Blue Trail Range on this monumental win. The State of Connecticut is once again wrong on more gun control.

Happy shopping🤘 join CCDL for the latest news and to fight bans like this and more!

BREAKING: The G***k Ban passes the House with bipartisan opposition 🚨

In a break from the Hartford usual, 15 Democrats joined unanimous Republican opposition in a vote to ban America’s most popular pistol from CT’s shelves. There is a glimmer of hope amongst this mess.

THE FIGHT IS NOT OVER YET
➡️The bill is headed to the Senate.
➡️ If passed? Lamont’s signature to become law October 1, 2026.

Updated language to the bill includes an amendment combining HB5454, a $70 refund to pistol permit applicants if their application isn’t returned in applicable time limits as required by state statute.
