Does spicy time really help with milk production?.. It sure does! Oxytocin is the hormone released during birth/breastfeeding that enables bonding with baby. It is also known as the love hormone, which is also released heavily during intimacy! Our bodies dont know the difference as to why the hormone & feel good endorphins are being released so it has the same effects. Where intimacy can trigger more milk production, pumping can also cause arousal from the oxytocin released due to breast stimulation!
