The river for the first time this year is not looking so appealing after last nights storms. We advise only adults in the river today if you choose to tube. The river is high swift and murky from runoff which causes challenges for first timers and children. Float times should be close to 1/3 of what they are normally. We expect the river to calm during the day and be back to normal hopefully by tomorrow.

The tree is just downstream of where you enter for the "long float". Please keep this in mind if you are bringing some smaller kids as this may be challenging for them until the DNR/Park has a chance to address it.
