Hi my name is Rendy, I teach Group Fitness Classes at the Monett Y in Monett, MO. I have my AFAA Group Fitness Certification and my AFAA Aqua Fitness Certification. I have been licensed to teach Zumba Fitness since June 2009 and hold licenses to teach Zumba Toning, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Sentao and Zumba Kids. The Monett Y offers free Zumba classes for members 3 nights during the week; Tuesday - Thursday at 6:35 PM. Join me on Wednesday @ 6:35 PM and Lupita DeLeon on Tuesday for STRONG by Zumba @ 5:45 PM and Zumba on Tuesday/Thursday @ 6:35 PM.
