What better way to celebrate wellness than with teamwork, movement, and a whole lot of encouragement? Our SML YMCA team proudly completed the August Rowing Relay Challenge! 🎉

Every stroke was a reminder that wellness isn’t just about getting stronger physically. It’s about showing up, supporting one another, and building a community that keeps us motivated. ❤️

A special thank-you to Coach Rob Holmes for inspiring us, challenging us, and helping keep those oars moving! 🙌
