To the Monahans community,
First and foremost, thank you to everyone who showed interest in and supported the vision of building the WTX Lady Loboes 12U softball program. The excitement, encouragement, and commitment from athletes and families truly showed just how special Lobo Land is.
As many of you know, I have recently been given the opportunity to return home and begin a new coaching journey in Monahans. With that opportunity comes regulations and guidelines that must be followed. Unfortunately, due to those requirements, we will not be able to move forward with forming the WTX Lady Loboes 12U team at this time.
While this is not the outcome we thought when we started our vision, I am incredibly grateful for everyone who attended tryouts, reached out, and believed in the vision of creating something special for Monahans softball. Your support means more than you know.
Although the WTX Lady Loboes will not be moving forward, please know that my commitment to supporting young athletes in our community remains unchanged. I am excited to continue serving Monahans through my new role and helping develop the next generation of Loboes.
If you or your athlete have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me or Jonathan. We are Loboes through and through, and we are always here to support our student-athletes and families.
