Kidfit is back by popular demand!! We have teamed up with some amazing people to be able to bring it back this year!! This years program is geared towards 1st-6th graders. We will mainly be focusing on agility and endurance! NO BARBELLS! Come sign your kids up for a fun, safe, but effective training program this summer. Hey KidFit parents, if you weren’t at last weeks kidfit we talked about a little schedule change. Kidfit will end one week earlier than we had originally scheduled. Instead of the last day being on July 15th, our last day will be July 8th. However to make up the days missed we will meet all week (Monday July 5th-Thursday July 8th). We will celebrate the end of Kidfit season on Saturday July 10th. See attached flyer in comments for details. This is free for all kidfit kids!!! If you have any questions please message us. Let’s finish these next two weeks strong 💪🏼.
