All of us with would like to extend our condolences to the Vincent family. If you have been involved with racing in the Cherry Creek area you can thank Frank Vincent. He was a large owner of the private land that you have raced across and the owner of most of the cows you saw along the race course. He was always great to work with and understood that we are all part of what multiple use is on public land.

Rest in peace my friend.
