Chickboxing An hour long cardio workout for women that involves bag work.

Come join us for a fun and energetic cardio kickboxing class every Monday and Wednesday for just $40 a month or $99 for 3 months! There's also a "boot camp" that happens Monday, Wesnesday, and Saturday starting in the late Spring/early Summer!

If you’re serious about the goal of building muscle and changing your body...aka toned (which really means more muscle, less fat)
There WILL be seasons where you are uncomfortable in your own skin.

No I don’t think a majority of women need to bulk but I do think they need to get to and stay in true maintenance and that may think like you’re gaining fat because your starting calories were ridiculously low. The only way out is through.

I see so many thinking that this season shouldn’t apply to them. Or think they’ll magically have all this muscle a few months of dialing in. If only.
Sorry, no one gets a free pass.

So many of you SAY you want muscle but then cry if the scale is up the tiniest bit.
This is where you need to be honest with yourself and your intensity. Muscle growth is a stimulus process.

You can’t fool your body.
It needs to be challenged for it to change and needs WAY more time.

And the more time you spend here, you’ll actually have something to reveal in a fat loss phase AND will be able to maintain a leaner physique with a higher BMR, new set point.

Chase strong.
