Congratulations to all those who made the Junior High Baseball team! Parents please look out for a group text explaining more information, likely tomorrow sometime once I can get all the phone numbers. A look ahead:
- no practice the remainder of this week. Enjoy gladfest!
Practice schedule:
Monday the 12th 2:30-5:00
Tuesday the 13th 2:30-5:00
Wednesday 14th 3:15-5:00
Thursday game @ st Anne 4:30
Friday- off day. (Students 1st day!!)

Your athlete will need:
-Black baseball pants
- red socks
- red baseball belt
- rubber cleats

* helmet and bats are optional purchases. We have team equipment to share as needed. If you want to buy a bat, please wait until I send the bat restriction.

Hats and jersey will be supplied by the team.

Junior High Baseball tryouts!! We encourage as many kids as possible to try out. We have plenty of room on the team for players of all skill levels and experience ⚾️ ⚾️

* Regular season practice ends at 5:00 to accommodate players who play football.

* First game of the season is 8/15 and last game of the regular season is 9/16.

* All games are played during the week days @4:30 No weekend games during the regular season. All students travel to the games via bus.

Congratulations to the Momence Junior High Math Teams today. Success at all levels!! A special shout out to some of the Junior High Baseball players who are showing dedication to education: Easton, Gabe, Lee, Lennon, Chance, and Hunter.

After a tough loss in which the boys worked really hard, I’m happy to see them enjoying the time together. Singing a good ol baseball song… as well as Christmas Carols lol. Business between the lines of the field but good old fashioned Tom foolery once we’re done.

$20 each week for 17 weeks

$100 halftime and $ 150 final score paid out every week.

This serves as a fundraiser for MHS Baseball and MJHS Baseball.

Please help us fill the last 3 spots.
