18 years ago today, we took a chance and bought a fitness center. ❤️
When we walked in, this place needed SO much work! There were 19 holes in one area of the building, a parking lot full of potholes, and more projects than we probably realized we were taking on.
Fast-forward 18 years… and look at what we’ve built! 🙌
✨ Brand-new roof
✨ New windows
✨ New siding
✨ Brand-new parking lot
✨ New ceilings
✨ New flooring
And that was just the beginning!
Six years -ago last month , we took another huge chance and purchased Summit Gymnastics. Let me just say… THIS place was a challenge! Almost everything needed to be updated.
Our very first purchase was a $12,000 new spring floor.
Then BOOM… COVID shut us down for MONTHS. 😳
We worked outside of the gym business and put every dime we could into keeping our businesses afloat — even using our 401(k)s. That first year was TOUGH. There were definitely moments when we wondered what the future would look like.
But we kept going. 💪
And today, we’ve invested more than $ 180,000 into new equipment and upgrades. We opened our second location in March, and we’re STILL growing! 🎉
Looking back, we are so incredibly proud of how far we’ve come. What started as a huge leap of faith has turned into something bigger than we ever imagined.
We are so excited to see what the future holds for our businesses, our team, and all of the amazing athletes and families who have been part of this journey.
