Back from my 10 day break from social media and I HIGHLY recommend doing this. I was less distracted and less anxious about the world. I spent time reading more and running with friends. Being away from social platforms is not living in a cave but taking a break from the constant negativity (I did miss seeing you friends😊), FOMO, and competition.
I may do this more often

Another fun Ugly Sweater 5k! I always love this event and seeing everyone dressed festive and having fun. It’s also a great opportunity to give back and donate food to the Molalla Service Center. Thanks to my co-leader .roth.70 for making a new route last minute.(PGE still repairing along our usual route), making the medals and providing boxes for the donations.
