WHAT: Group workout for all ages (5+) and all fitness levels.
- this will be a moderate intensity circuit workout. I will have various stations setup.
- This workout will be about 45 mins total including a 5 min warm up and a 10 min cool down.
- This workout is meant to get your heart rate elevated, by working various muscle groups from station to station. WHEN: June 22nd 10:00 am
WHERE: Legacy Park, 1200 SE 13 ave, Canby OR 97013 ***ALL fitness levels are welcome, and modifications for each station will be shown.
*** kids younger than 5 are more than welcome to come and play on the play structure next to the circuit setup.
