Biggest lesson we can take from him it’s not jiu jitsu positions, strategy or anything like that, Biggest lesson he taught us was LIVE YOUR LIFE, Lo lived his life like that was no tomorrow and enjoy every moment of it, on the mats and out of the mats doing what he loved. Thank you LO.
