**October 2025 – July 2026**
Connor has been training with me for about two years, and working with him has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career.
I’ve trained plenty of young athletes over the years, but this kid is something special. He listens, learns, asks thoughtful questions, and consistently follows direction. During our time together, he has become incredibly strong while preparing for his lacrosse, soccer, and volleyball seasons.
Young athletes do not always have the opportunity to train year-round. Strength and conditioning often come in focused three- or four-month phases between competitive seasons, which makes every session important. The work Connor has put in will continue to improve his performance, build confidence, and help keep him healthy on the field and court.
Connor will be a senior this year, and I could not be prouder to mentor him and know him as a person. He is an exceptional young man, and I have no doubt that he is going to make a serious mark on this world.
Keep rocking, brother!
