If you’re trying to lose body fat before vacation in the next 4–16 weeks, one of the easiest places to tighten up is your sugar intake.

A few small adjustments can create a meaningful calorie deficit without changing your whole life.
Start by checking:

• Coffee drinks
• Sauces & dressings
• Protein bars
• Alcohol mixers
• “Healthy” yogurts / granola
• Late-night snacks

You do not need to eliminate sugar completely.

You just need to stop accidentally eating hundreds of extra calories per day.

Fat loss is math.

Muscle is one of the biggest predictors of long-term health, independence, and quality of life.

Unfortunately most professionals:
– Sit too much
– Under-eat protein
