Eight hours in the car can leave anyone feeling stiff and sluggish, but I’ve learned that movement is one of the best ways to reset. 🚗➡️🏃‍♀️

The first thing I did after stepping out of the car was lace up my shoes and head out for a 5-mile run. Not because I had to- but because I know how important it is to keep my body moving and stay committed to the habits that make me feel my best!!

I’ve missed my group fitness crew while I’ve been away, and I can’t wait to get back to it! 💪

Wednesday, we’re back with Kettlebell & Dumbbells, and I’m ready to bring the energy. Come ready to move, sweat, laugh, and get stronger together. Let’s pick up right where we left off! Meet me at the District 3 Regional Training Center, at 5:30 PM!

Hi everyone! Just a heads-up that I have two important family events coming up, so there will be no group fitness classes on Wednesday, Saturday, or Monday this week.

💪 Your last chance to work out with me before the break is THIS THURSDAY at 6:00 PM for Bells & Bands at the Youth and Family Center of the Mohawk Valley. Come get in a great workout, have some fun, and build strength together before I’m away.

I’ll be back and ready to go at the District 3 Regional Training Center on Wednesday, June 17th, and I can’t wait to see everyone then!
