Join me on the 4th of July at 8:30AM at Community Life Church! 106 S. Cleveland Ave. Mogadore. Come celebrate with friends, movement, simple strength, and stretching - for all fitness levels- as well as leave refreshed & encouraged to start your holiday! Ladies, help tag a Friend, invite a neighbor, and be sure to dress in your Red, White, and Blue!
💙Bring water to drink
💙A mat or towel to lie down on
💙Optional hand-held weights.
💙$5 at the door
To continue the celebrations, we will have a light refreshment after class. Feel free to stay, fellowship, and enjoy, or take it with you. Please RSVP to the event page or in the comments below, so we can plan enough for all! Can't wait to celebrate with you all soon!

Get ready to spark your holiday weekend with energy, community, and gratitude. Join us at My Community Life Church for a special Celebrate Freedom, Faith, and Friends Fitness class!

This energy & soul-lifting workout is the perfect way to honor our freedom and connect with friends before the fireworks start.

What: Celebrate Freedom, Faith & Friends Fitness Class
Instructor: Kimmie Hoch
Where: My Community Life Church
Attire: Show your spirit! Wear your Red, White, and Blue 🇺🇸✨
Cost: $5 per person

Stay for a Treat!
Don't run off right after the final cool-down. Stick around for light refreshments and fellowship with awesome friends. Let’s celebrate the blessings of freedom and community together!

Good Monday to you, friends! BIG hugs to you all.

It's been nearly a week since my surgery to remove my wisdom teeth, and I am grateful to be healing well! As I prepare for more pop-ups and Summer opportunities, how many would be interested in a consistent morning class on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9-10AM throughout the Summer?

Happy Monday! Starting each day with gratitude. I woke up today, it's enough for me. Seems simple yet is often taken for granted. We are not promised another minute, yet another day. What a gift!

As you push through your day, never allow the negative committee inside your head to take over. Wake with gratitude, count your blessings, yes, even in the storms of life, choose joy. He is already there. He is perfect strength when you have none. He is the creator of you, his masterpiece. May our actions and attitude always be a reflection of His perfect love.
