🌲 ENCLAVE COMMUNITY HIKE 🌲

Join us Sunday, June 7th for a morning on the trails followed by an afternoon hanging out by the lake.

📍 New Melones Lake
🕙 Meet at 10:00 AM

This beginner-friendly hike features scenic lake views, rolling hills, and approximately 4–6 miles of trail. All fitness levels are welcome.

This week was all about Recharge.

Deload week gave us the opportunity to slow down, recover, and prepare for what’s next. Because sometimes the most productive thing you can do isn’t push harder — it’s give your body and mind the chance to reset.

Recovery isn’t a step backward. It’s part of the process.

✨ Transformation Thursday ✨

After lower back surgery, Luis found himself carrying extra weight and facing a new challenge: rebuilding his strength.

But he didn’t just want to get back to where he was—he wanted to be in better shape than he was in his 20s.

The turning point came during Enclave’s 6-Week Spring Challenge. What started as a fitness goal quickly became a lesson in discipline, consistency, and believing in what was possible.

💬 “After week three, I was so motivated that I started training MMA.”

Since then, Luis has transformed more than just his physique. He’s improved his nutrition, prioritized sleep, embraced recovery days, and built habits that support long-term success.

One accomplishment he’s especially proud of?

💪 Completing the Murph Challenge on Memorial Day.

His advice to anyone just starting:

💬 “I know it’s scary and difficult at first, but every single day will make you stronger and better—physically and mentally.”

1ST PLACE WINNER 🏆🔥

A huge congratulations to Celine Gaitan, our Hero’s Journey Spring 6-Week Challenge 1st place winner!

Celine absolutely crushed these 6 weeks — dropping 17.5 lbs of body fat, losing 6.3% body fat, and gaining 2.7 lbs of muscle.

But this transformation was about so much more than the numbers. Celine joined because she wanted to get back in the gym, start her weight loss journey, and find the push she needed to make a real change. Through the challenge, she gained her confidence, energy, and drive back — while setting an amazing example for her daughter.

TIED FOR 2ND PLACE 🏆🔥

A huge congratulations to Jonathan Flores Perez for tying for 2nd place in our Hero’s Journey Spring 6-Week Challenge!

Jonathan came into this challenge wanting to lose a solid amount of weight and find something that could become a lifestyle. After years of running and dealing with the ups and downs of weight loss, he committed to showing up, learning, and pushing himself in a new way.

Over the course of 6 weeks, Jonathan dropped from 217.1 lbs to 212.5 lbs, lost 11.5 lbs of fat, dropped 4.8% body fat, and gained 4.8 lbs of muscle.

But the transformation was bigger than the numbers. Jonathan shared that his confidence in the gym has skyrocketed, especially with strength training. Learning proper form, building mobility, moving better, feeling stronger, and having more energy after workouts have all become part of his journey.

Jonathan, we are so proud of the work you put in and the confidence you’ve built along the way. This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to keep watching you grow.

TIED FOR 2ND PLACE 🏆🔥

A huge congratulations to Eddie Santos for tying for 2nd place in our Hero’s Journey Spring 6-Week Challenge!

Eddie started this challenge because his shirts were no longer fitting, and he found himself losing his breath just walking up a flight of stairs. Like so many people who take that first step, the beginning was not easy. The workouts were tough, the routine was new, and he quickly realized just how much he wanted to change.

But Eddie stayed committed.

Over the course of 6 weeks, he dropped from 175.5 lbs to 169.8 lbs, lost 9.9 lbs of body fat, dropped 4.8% body fat, and gained 2.7 lbs of muscle. Even more than the numbers, Eddie built confidence, created a routine, felt stronger, and started noticing wins outside of the scale — including people recognizing his progress.
