Hey everyone! We had a great turnout for our last clinic so Blake and I are putting another one together. $30 per player for an hour and a half workout! We saw improvements from all the players who participated! Please spread the word!

My winter velocity class dates have come out!! Starting December 5th through January 28th. This is a combination of velocity training and pitching mechanics based classes to promote proper biomechanics through the full throwing motion as well as arm strength and endurance! I have already seen so many improvements in pitching mechanics as well as our athletes lighting up the radar guns! For 13 year olds and up. Like and share. Will make two classes if we have enough people interested!!

DONT FORGET! My velocity class is starting up on Monday the 30th. This is Jordan. He is my youngest lesson that I currently have, but man is he a hard working kid. I wish I had a video from our first lesson in January to show how far he has come! All his successful will come through his hard work and dedication to pitching! Absolutely cannot wait to see what the future has in store for this little guy!

Hello Facebook Friends. So I have been wanting to put together a pitching class geared toward pitching mechanics and workouts but haven't been able to find time. Now is the time to do so. I will be running a 5 week session, doing 2 classes a week. Age range will be 12 - 18 years old, but if I get enough younger kids (8 - 11 years old) I will make another class. Classes will be located in Turlock, but if I get enough people interested I will make a Modesto class as well.
