Blakely Swilley - 10 Year Dancer 💜

Blakely is 10 years old and has been dancing with 5678 for 10 years! She first started dancing because she wanted to be just like her mom, and dance has been a special part of her life ever since!

Her favorite part of being at 5678 is competing with our Showstopper Team. Blakely says dance has helped her build confidence and, even better, brought her some of her very best friends!

Her favorite dance over the years has been “Jet Set” because she loved the song! When she’s not in the studio, you can find Blakely playing soccer or tumbling 💜

Joy Penwell - 15 Year Dancer 💜

Joy has been dancing with 5678 since she was just 3 years old! Over the years, one of her favorite parts of growing up at 5678 has been making so many friendships and getting to dance alongside such amazing people.

Her favorite dance over the years was “500 Miles,” because it was her last dance with the group of dancers she grew up with, making it an extra-special memory that will always hold a place in her heart!

Joy’s favorite style of dance is Musical Theater, and a fun fact about her is that she’s a twin and one of nine people in her family 💜

Rainey Neri - 15 Year Dancer 💜

Rainey has been dancing with 5678 since she was just 6 years old! She says growing up at 5678 has given her confidence, taught her discipline, connected her with lifelong friends, and helped her discover her love for teaching.

Her favorite part of her 5678 journey has been becoming an instructor and getting to share her passion for dance with the next generation of dancers. Her favorite styles of dance are Jazz and Ballet!

Outside of the studio, Rainey is getting ready to graduate from CSU Stanislaus this spring with her B.A. in Kinesiology, with hopes of becoming a P.E. teacher 💜
