Red Dragon Shou' Shu' (Northern Shou' Shu') continues the art as originally taught by Sijo Da' Shifu Al Moore, Sr. It's purity of it's teachings today are preserved and overseen by Da' Shifu Clark. The art of Shou' Shu' is a combat art that is designed for self-defense. This system of seven different animal styles utilizes principles of physics to create power which can be learned by all regardles

s of different body type. Everyone can benefit from Northern Shou' Shu', the techniques and the principles that are being taught progressively trains the body and the mind.

A huge congratulations to the Carlos brothers and the Taneo brothers on their promotion to High Yellow! These boys did really well on their test. These brothers both the Carlos and the Taneo are hardcore. They come in everyday and practice, they hit the bags and they hit hard. They pay attention to their Instructor during group. 👏👏👏 It was amazing!!! I thank my son Mr. JC (Red Belt) for teaching them well. Good job son!

Mr. Olivas made it to Yellow level thanks to his instructor, Mr. Orozco for his patience and dedication. There is no lollygagging with Mr. Olivas. He means business the day he started. As always, I challenge all my students to be better and he kept at it, the result was amazing. He worked hard everyday. He did a good job in his test. Congratulations!
