Sometimes the biggest finish line isn’t the race it’s the person you become along the way.
This half marathon was built one run at a time. Hill repeats. Long runs every Sunday. Early mornings. Tired legs.
Throughout these past years somewhere along my healing journey, through motherhood, fitness, and learning to choose myself again, I created the strongest version of me not just physically, but mentally too.
Doing hard things has become my therapy. Every mile reminded me that I’m capable of more than I once believed.
Here’s to showing up, staying consistent, and trusting the process. The finish line was worth every sacrifice, took home an 11 min PR! 🌉🏃🏻♀️🪽🤍
