And of course we have fillers like rice, greek yogurt, bread, tuna.. etc

There’s no handbook in life for parenting a child.. a lot of trail and error, mistakes, and good times

As we evolve, we get better as people, as parents, so we gotta teach our kids what works and what doesn’t work

It’s a constant learning process that gets better when you demonstrate to your child what self care and self love really is

We can’t just tell our kids what to do.. we gotta show them by doing it ourselves
