💜 You are not alone.
September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, and we are coming together as a community to walk for hope, healing, and connection.
Please join your friends and neighbors at the Davie Family YMCA on Saturday, September 19th for our Su***de Awareness Walk.
This is a dedicated time to find hope, community, love, and encouragement. Together, we will share a peaceful morning supporting one another and breaking the stigma. Register at the Davie YMCA.
Devotional & Prayer: We will begin our morning centered in reflection, hope, and community strength.
The Walk: Together, we will take a reflective walk through beautiful Rich Park.
Community Support: Essential local health resources and organizations will be on-site to provide guidance and tools.
Registration is encouraged so we can plan ahead and provide resources, but financial barriers should never keep you away. If you cannot afford to register, please join us anyway—no one will be turned away!
Whether you have been personally impacted, want to support a loved one, or simply want to show up for your neighbors—there is a place for you here. Let’s change the narrative together.
If you or someone you know is struggling right now, please know that help is always available. You can call or text the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline at 988 anytime.
