Finding different ways to knock these homegrown thighs down in a more interesting way 🤔
& Noooooo cardio and weight training is more than just running miles and picking up weights. You can always switch your hiit program up and add these for a more interesting way of cardio! 🤭
This is one of my top favorite workouts to do as it’s a full body workout that also targets your lower body (including core just engage and breath). 🗣️💪🏾

Here’s a detailed list categorizing each workout, how it targets muscles, and its benefits:
Battle Ropes- Cardio Workout
Upper body (arms, shoulders, back) and core.
Builds endurance, improves coordination, increases upper body strength, and enhances cardiovascular fitness.
Box Jumps
Cardio Workout (Legs (quadriceps, hamstrings, calves) and core and strengthens leg muscles, improves agility, and burns calories.
Sled Workouts- Full-Body Workout
That’s targets Legs (quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes), core, and upper body (shoulders, arms) builds leg strength, boosts cardiovascular fitness, and enhances functional movement.
Bar Squats Full-Body Workout (primarily lower body) which targets Legs (quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes) and core.
Cable Kickouts-Targets glute strength, works hamstrings, engages core, and isolates muscles for definition.
