Shield Wall Strength and Conditioning produces proven results consistently across multiple athletes.

Now with an expanded coaching staff we have openings for Strength and Conditioning with Coaches Chris Jacheo and Josh Fox as well as Advanced Nutrition with Coach Zach Rounsaville.

Our coaches are current and retired athletes who are also certified coaches and trainers. Not just an athletic background but the formal education that gives us the ability to coach athletes across all genders and weight classes.

We have a track record of success. Our athletes have over 90% podium finishes that include not only local but national and world level competitions.

We have a mindset coach that has a background that allows him to create an athlete profile to help us better understand how to coach you and get the most out of your training both physically and mentally.

We maintain an athlete cap. We do not exceed the number of athletes our coaches can handle allowing us to give you the proper attention you deserve that includes individualized programming NOT in an app and the communication needed to support your training.

We are a team centric organization. Not only do you have access to your coach but also the entire team to share experiences and motivate each other in our team chat and in person as we do schedule team training sessions in areas with multiple members as well as social events.
