Battle in Petal,Ms for our first “Fall” season tournament. No Fall air in sight as it felt like 115 degrees out on the field.
The 2 games in the championship were no different than the weather. It was a heated battle between PCL and Gulf Coast Ballers Premier 2035.
Here is what we saw……. Mobile and Baldwin Co, AL has some of the best talent around in 9U/10U and that was on display last night. Both teams came up with some clutch hits and defensive plays and PCL came up just short in the end.
The 2nd picture of our PCL girls paints the picture. 2nd place is never good enough, but that will fuel the fire for practice this week and we will grow from this tournament. All in all, we are really proud of our girls, and they will be a force to be reckoned with the remainder of the Fall season.
