Several years ago Zumba Fitness changed my workouts from have to into want to and I strive to do the same for you in my classes. Zumba Fitness is for every age, ability and fitness level. Good Morning! Enjoy the many fitness offerings available today. I am taking a day off and will only be walking my dogs. Back at it tomorrow.

I am realizing that I need to create some kind of schedule for myself. Exercise is easy to schedule. I am finding myself sort of fluttering around the house not really motivated to get cleaning, chores or projects done. I think making a schedule will help. On that note, what is your advice and what tips do you have that have helped you? And Go....
