UPDATE

Right now, as we are still within the appeal window and ATF doesn’t have a clear way for us to log serial numbers back out of our NFRTR accounts yet. Looks like it would be safe to do. However, I do not believe the risk is worth it concerning who we are dealing with.

This really sucks because I was excited and felt good about this but again I really don’t want to put myself in a position to get fined, lose my license, or go to jail especially when I’m getting advice from a legal team.

For the time being, all NFA items will be handled the same as before this latest ruling, atleast until the ATF issues their approved procedure for handling NFA items. I apologize for the confusion and I will keep you updated when we have the green light.
