Class Schedule:
Wednesdays - Silver Sneakers Yoga
Fridays - Restorative Chair Yoga

Classes are held from 9:00 am to 9:45 am and are led by Certified Senior Fitness Instructors.

Most supplemental Medicare plans cover the cost of classes and gym membership fees. We are happy to assist with verifying eligibility.

Goodbye old chiller, hello cool comfort! ❄️

We’re excited to share that a brand new chiller is being installed, which means the ROC will be nice and chilly this summer! Due to some technical issues with the drawings, the installation is taking a bit longer than expected.

At this time, we are planning to be closed Tuesday and Wednesday to allow for the work to be completed safely and efficiently.

We’re aiming for the ROC to be cool and ready by Thursday—perfect timing to beat the heat! Stay tuned for updates, and thanks for your patience as we work to improve your experience.
