Located in beautiful Mobile, Alabama next to Municipal Park; our facility offers 60 laykold tennis courts and hosts numerous tennis tournaments each year that attract thousands of local and out-of-town participants. In addition, our facility hosts both USTA and BATA league matches and provides group clinics and private lessons.

What’s happening this week at MTC??🎾

Today, we are wrapping up the 2026 USTA Southern 16s & 18s Championship. Check out for tournament results and stay tuned for the official recap video. The cutest new “Mobile Tennis Center” hats are now available in the Pro Shop! This week marks week 3 of Clinic Session 4. Throughout the week, USTA Combo League and Junior Team Tennis will continue their seasons.

14 OF TOP 16 SEEDS ADVANCE AT USTA SOUTHERN

June 5, 2026
MOBILE, Ala. — “Fourteen of the top 16 singles seeds advanced Thursday to the round of 16 in the United States Tennis Association Southern 16s and 18s Championship.

No. 1 seeds Aiden Miller (Biltmore Lake, N.C.) in boys 16s, Sophia Miller (Birmingham, Ala.) in girls 18s and Rachel Immordino (Brentwood, Tenn.) in girls 16s won a pair of matches apiece during the event’s opening day.

Unseeded Marcello Bisogno (Atlanta, Ga.) upset No. 1 Saahil Gupte (Cary, N.C.) 5-7, 7-5, 6-1 in the first round of boys 18s. But another unseeded player, Akshath Hemanth (Hoover, Ala.), defeated Bisogno 6-1, 1-6, 6-3 in the second round.

In girls’ 16s, unseeded Piper Yea (Hilton Head Island, S.C.) defeated No. 3 Georgia King (North Little Rock, Ark.) 6-3, 6-3 in the second round.

Copeland-Cox Mobile Tennis Center (851 Gaillard Drive, zip code 36608, phone 251-208-5181) is the venue. Admission is free to the tournament, which includes doubles and consolation singles brackets and is scheduled to conclude Monday. Friday matches will begin at 8 a.m. CDT.”

What’s happening this week at MTC??🎾

The Pro Shop has a restock of Yonex racquets that are now available. This week marks week 2 of Clinic Session 4. Wednesday will kick off the USTA Southern 16s and 18s Championship with College Night. Match play will begin on Thursday and we are so excited.
