𝒀𝒊𝒏 𝒊𝒔 𝒊𝒏 for fall 🦦🍄🪵 Here’s why:

➕Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice that holds poses for longer periods of time (3-5 minutes) to target the deep connective tissues of the body. Yin works to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, so it’s a great way to relax and de-stress after a long day. Physically, a yin practice can help to improve flexibility and range of motion. 🤽🏄‍♀️🏊‍♂️🤸‍♀️

➕No prior yoga experience is necessary, our instructors provide all the props and details you need 🤝
