There is still time to get registered for our arm strength and arm care class. We still have a few spots remaining! Improved mechanics, added arm strength, and arm care resulted in a 4.1 mph avg increase with last years class.

Our arm strength and arm care program will be starting up next week. We focus on arm strength, proper mechanics, pre throw arm care and post throw recovery, as well as adding velo the right way. We have programs designed for both the middle school and high school player.
