Too tired to film my workout today! As you can tell by the sweat. So I will write it below!

10 min AMRAP
5 back squats
15/side split lunge med ball cross toss
20/side hip dips
100m run.
3 min rest.5 mile run.
3 min rest.
10 min AMRAP
5 deadlifts
5/side DB sn**ch
15/side SL v-up
10 yards walking lunges .
3 minute rest.5 mile run.
STRETCH! .

The last three weeks have been emotionally, mentally, and physically challenging. My husband and I lost an amazing soul in our lives, and while being in Pittsburgh with his family was exactly where we needed to be, my body took a big hit. So, today I started back up and respected my body and what it was telling me to do. I kept it simple because I ran once in the last three weeks, but I wouldn’t change that for anything because the rest of my time was filled with love and support. It was also filled with sadness that will stick with us and that we need to know how to embrace because it shows just how much love there was given by such an amazing soul. Be kind to your body. Physical struggle is nothing compared to emotional struggles. When you get a chance to make the most out of being with family, take it. ..

Morning Protein Bowl!
Base is: 1/2 cup berry mix, 1 cup spinach and kale, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 cup orange juice, 1 tablespoon turmeric .
Topped with: 3 strawberries, 1/2 banana, 1/2 black berries, 1/2 cup granola 😁
