It's a high intensity cycling workout choreographed to fun and energetic playlists from around the world. Our classes are dynamic & our drills are unique. About the Classes: The “Sprint” session is 30 minutes of cardio on the stationary bikes & 25 minutes of body sculpt. The “XL” session is 45 minutes on the stationary bikes & 10 minutes of body sculpt. The “Enduro” session is two Sprint cardio se
