We're sad to announce that 2017 will have been the last year of competition for Team Lost Coast Brewery. It's been an amazing 11 years, but life has gotten too busy for our team members to continue to give our full efforts toward racing. We wouldn't have been able to do it without our amazing sponsors over the years, especially Lost Coast Brewery. Thanks for the great memories and we're excited for our next adventures.

Daniel Stuart and friend of the team Adam Havner got out to Annadel last weekend to give back and do some trail work. Joining the REMBA Trail Work Day we reworked a section of trail that is notoriously bad for water runoff in the winter. Excited for the next time there's a work day!

Even though Liz wasn't able to race in her awesome local gravel grinder The Crippler due to her broken ankle, she still had a rad time volunteering for the event this weekend! Her cripple-ness was very fitting to the race's name and she was stoked (note high stoke level in photo) to give back to her local cycling community that always provides amazing support to her racing!

On my ride last week, I came across a bag on the trail with a laptop and cell phone. There was no one in sight.

We had a bumpy week. Our garage was broken into and a handful of items were stolen (no bikes though!). As luck would have it, the thieves flipped their stolen car and our items were back in our hands within the week.

Seeing the bag on the trail hit home after the garage experience. I remembered seeing someone miles before who looked as though he was commuting by trail. I searched for him, found him, and returned his bag.

Pay it forward. I can guarantee that others are going through the same hardships that you are.

Jason King raced the All Mountain this last weekend. He was near the front at the top of the climb and pulled off a solid mid-pack finish among a stacked pro field. Also important, he was just off the podium in the hula-hoop contest.
