We are back!! Kim and I are hosting another fitness and yoga event with Georgia Entertainment Sports League this Saturday at noon!!! 🏋🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️

It’s open to everyone of all fitness levels.

Every step forward is progress.

There’s no rule that says you have to have everything figured out right now.

In fact, I think in life we never really do. We just take actions and make small changes towards our intentions hoping it’s the right move. It’s OKAY if it’s not. That’s experience! It’s amazing if it is. That’s also experience.

Life is a dance! Enjoy the steps back and to the side as much as the steps forward.

We experience low points and plateaus from time to time. But, it’s okay.

🔑 The key is not to beat ourselves up about it

Instead, be kind to yourself and take a step back. Assess what’s going on. See how you can change the situation to move forward and then, do it! 🏃🏽‍♀️

Simple, right? No. It takes effort. But it also takes ease. Stay consistent. Show up for yourself. But, also be kind. It’s a flow or a yin and yang 😉 🧘🏽‍♀️

I mean we don’t want judgmental flaky friends in our lives so why would we be a judgmental flaky friend to ourselves.

Show up.
Be consistent.
Be kind and loving to our body and mind.
Go with the flow and find balance.
