CAMP SHOUTOUTS: Camp is a whirlwind of 3 days jammed pack with as much activity as we can to make a memorable trip! It is not possible without many hands! First, our counselors who give their time to make sure every camper is involved, taken care of, and getting the most out of their time with us! Next, DWU Residence Life Lead Abbigail Ferris who ensures the dorm is ready for campers, Carl Plastow and his staff in Campus Dining, DWU/Avera Wellness Center Custodian Brian Voorhees for quality care of our facility, AT Randi Christensen for ensuring we had fresh water/ice/tape, and Peyton Hellman for spending a day with us to impart her experience! Finally, a BIG shout out to Amanda Lynch et al for holding down the fort with 3 young children and still making time to enjoy the fun activities and prepare a treat for all the campers! Camp doesn’t happen without all involved and incredibly grateful for the assistance and support to host our camp! THANK YOU!

CAMP EXTRAS: Camp is always a busy exciting few days with tons of action not even including the great wrestling instruction! We have the annual water battle, team competitions (dodgeball, protect the queen, hand ball), cookies made by coache’s family, the dual to settle the team championship! Ladies sleep well when they return home but they will take a lot of great memories away!
