Reed Harter and Chandler “Chuck” Bakley lost their lives in a crash in January on Interstate 90 in what the South Dakota Department of Public Safety describes as “whiteout” conditions. Now the Sioux Falls Canaries are hosting a fundraiser to honor Chuck and Reeds legacy.
