I am a NASM certified personal trainer in the Houston Area. I provide online and Local Personal Training for all levels of fitness. My passion has always been to inspire others to push for the better & not accept self-imposed personal limitations.. There is nothing better than helping people surpass their goals through sweat and a tremendous side effect is building a healthy amount of self-confidence.
