In the Fall of 2013, owner Sonny McClamrock was asked by a friend to be part of a newly opened boot camp gym in Stafford TX. At the same time, Sonny was coaching a fitness program for his fellow police officers at the Missouri City Police Department. After coaching for his friend for about a year, Sonny purchased the gym, left the Missouri City Police Department, and relocated the gym to a larger

facility in Stafford and changed the name to T3 Fitness Gym. The gym grew to over 125 members and housed several different fitness programs. After a year in Stafford, Sonny moved from the gym to a nicer, climate controlled facility in Missouri City, where they currently train now! Now called T3 Cross Training, the gym has over 25 classes a week, 5 coaches, a homeschooling program, and has touched 100’s of people’s lives through fitness and health. ABOUT SONNY MCCLAMROCK:

Like so many others, Sonny was not born an athlete or with great genes. In fact Sonny played in the band and was so small and underweight that after graduation he was not allowed in the military because he did not meet the weight requirement. As if being super small and weak wasn't enough, Sonny had a heart murmur that prevented him from exercising because if he did, his heart would skip a beat and render him unconscious at times. After graduating from college and putting a few pounds on, Sonny was able to get through the police academy (almost failing the physical fitness test), and become a police officer. After being in the department for less than 5 years, Sonny had a near death experience that changed his life forever. Sonny then set out to get in shape, lose some weight, and get his life back. Sonny discovered the world of Cross Fit and trained at a local gym. Four years later, Sonny became a coach himself and lead the fitness program at the police department. He wanted to show the world that you don’t have to be a jock or athlete to be in great shape….you just have to have the heart to write your own Story!
