🌙 Parents’ Night Out — Friday, September 18th
Parents, enjoy your evening while the kiddos hang with us from 6 PM–12 AM!

🎨 Fall Break Kickoff — Friday, October 9th
FBISD & HISD are out of school, so come spend the day with us! Just $50 for a full day of creativity, games, hands-on activities & FUN!

🍁 Fall Break Camp — October 12th–16th
We’re bringing all the fall fun with STEM, culinary, art, creative projects, pumpkin-inspired activities & more!

Our Junior Camp Counselor Program will also be open for both Fall Break Kickoff and Fall Break Camp.

Yesterday was truly something special! 💛

Over the past few years, our Founder & Head of Camp,Kellie, has also served as Camp Director for Camp H-Town, a camp for children who have been touched by cancer.

Through that connection, Camps by KT counselors have been given opportunities and experiences that have allowed them to serve, gain exposure, and grow both personally and professionally. This summer, members of our Junior Advisory Board were also able to volunteer and help create meaningful experiences for Camp H-Town campers (so AMAZING!!!)

Yesterday, being a part of Camp H-Town’s recognition by the Astros Foundation at the Houston Astros game in observance of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month was such a proud and meaningful moment, and one we are incredibly thankful for!!!

Hosting experiences at the Sierra Vista community quickly became something we looked forward to on Saturdays this summer!

One of our favorites was Gross Science: Digestive System 🧪💩 We talked all about the digestive system, learned how our bodies turn food into p**p, and even created our own p**p!

There were plenty of “Ewwws!” and “Yucks!”, lots of giggles, and even more learning. That’s what we love; creating hands-on experiences where kids can explore, discover, learn, and have FUN while doing it!

And just like that, our summer 2026 experiences at Sierra Vista have come to an end. Sierra Vista community, we’ll see you this fall! 🍂

One of our favorite projects from summer camp this year!

During Urban Roots Week, one of our standout art experiences was inspired by visual storyteller Jess Owens-Young and her work, The Farmer and His Bloom. Jess Owens-Young

There was something about this piece that felt perfect for Urban Roots. A bloom can be so much more than what grows from the ground. It can represent growth, confidence, pride, creativity, possibility, and becoming. 🌱

Our campers created their own mixed-media interpretations, incorporating their photographs, painting, patterns, and individual artistic expression.

And a little fun fact; this summer marked the debut of Urban Roots Week at Camps by KT and it quickly became a camp favorite, giving our campers the opportunity to explore, create, discover, and, of course, grow. 💚

Special appreciation to Jess Owens-Young for creating such compelling work and inspiring this beautiful experience for our campers.

Plant the seed. Nurture it. Watch it bloom. 🌱

Tomorrow, our Future Builders are meeting an incredible entrepreneur, Kiki from Villa Paraiso! 🎉 Villa Paraiso Foods

Did you know it takes more than a great recipe to create a product you can buy? It takes creativity, problem-solving, and even food engineers to help turn an idea into something ready for store shelves!

Our campers will get a behind-the-scenes look at how an idea becomes a real product while learning about entrepreneurship, product development, and innovation. We can’t wait to be inspired by Kiki’s journey!

🥒 Pickling in Progress!

Our campers became scientists and chefs as they explored the fascinating science of pickling! From learning how food is preserved to creating their very own jars, they experienced firsthand how science and culinary arts come together.

Our homemade pickles are resting in the refrigerator until Thursday, when each camper will complete their official taste test!!! So exciting!!!
