It’s been over a year since I posted anything.

I lost my last 2 MMA fights. No excuses. I owned it.

Then I rebuilt everything.

For the last 9 weeks I’ve trained 2–3 times a day around a 10-hour Mon-Fri work day. Work. Train. Sleep. Repeat. No distractions. No shortcuts. No complaining.

Every sacrifice was intentional.

My three kids are watching. They don’t need a perfect father, they need an example. They need to see what it looks like when a man gets knocked down and chooses discipline over excuses. When he commits. When he keeps his word.

This isn’t hope. This isn’t wishful thinking.

This is preparation meeting opportunity.

I am in the best shape of my life. Sharper. Faster. Stronger. Consistent. 

March 21 I fight for another title.

This isn’t a comeback.

It’s a statement.

Redemption time.
