Super challenging group workout today 🔥
Today's workout challenged us to say the least, but we kept our heads in the game (Alyssa might have disassociated and left her body) and finished strong!
200 yards farmer's carry
Circuit, 6 rounds, double bells
10 gorilla rows each arm
10 swings
10 squats
5 clean and press
Push ups
