I always said, "it's just plastic wood, and metal that will sit and collect dust". It's the process and journey that will mean something. It's been a great journey, Montana! Thank you to all the families that believed in the process. Huge thank you's to every wrestler that walked through our doors to chase a goal. I'm grateful for all of you! SV!!

Our last featured clinician is a Montana product and Big Sky High School graduate, Israel Moreno. Moreno is a 2X Montana State Champion, USA Folkstyle National Champion, and Dave Schultz Excellence Award winner (Montana). In his freshman year at UNI, Israel posted a 21-4 overall record. Moreno won two tournaments and placed in all five competitions. One of Moreno's highlights in freshman year was upsetting the #18 ranked wrestler at the Soldier Salute on his way to a 5th-place finish. This camp is loaded with high-level clinicians and wrestlers! 157 Big 12 Champion, Ryder Downey will be at our June 17-20 camp next week! As a redshirt freshman and 5th seed at the NCAA's, Downey went 3-2 in Kansas City. Downey posted a 23-6 overall record, 7-0 in Big 12 duals. Downey was a 4X place winner in Iowa and clinched a state title his senior year. Ryder earned All-American status with a 3rd place finish in Freestyle at the U23 in Geneva, OH 3 weeks ago! Excited to have this hammer out at camp next week! Wyatt Volker is the U23 97kg Greco National Champion and is headed to Tirana, Albania, on October 21-27 to represent the USA at the U23 World Championships! Wyatt has a huge list of wrestling accomplishments, here are a few he has done. He was a 2024 NCAA qualifier, 5th at the Big 12 Championship. In 2023, was 5th in the world in Greco and had an amazing redshirt year at Northern Iowa with a 14-4 overall record. Wyatt Is also a Junior National Champion in Greco, Freestyle All-American, and Folkstyle National Champion. He is also a 2X Iowa High School State Champion.
