A good summer training program helps with more than just sports.
Research continues to show that regular physical activity can support kids’ confidence, mental health, focus, and overall well-being — and when strength training is coached well, it can also help improve movement skills, performance, and resilience.
That’s what we want this program to be about.
Not just making kids tired.
Not just random drills.
But helping young athletes stay active this summer, enjoy fitness, build confidence, and head into their next season feeling stronger and more prepared.
