Join 𝘞𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘔𝘰𝘰𝘯 𝘚𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘪𝘰 and as we welcome the first New Moon of the year—a powerful moment to set intentions, release the old, and create space for new possibilities. The January New Moon offers a unique opportunity to reset, refresh, and align with the energy of new beginnings.

In this sacred ceremony, we will gather in community to honor the quiet, introspective energy of the New Moon. Through intention-setting, restorative movement, and sound healing, we’ll journey inward to connect with our deepest desires and clarity for the year ahead.

Through this practice, we can begin to perceive our bodies as dynamic, constantly evolving
organisms that adapt to our surroundings, instead of machines that need to be trained and refined.
We find a newfound appreciation for the intricacies of our bodies and learn to move with curiosity and joy. .official
