What a day! We laughed, competed, sweated, and pushed ourselves outside our comfort zones. But more than anything, I loved seeing our community come together to promote an active and healthy lifestyle.

Days like these remind me that fitness isn’t just about working out—it’s about building friendships, creating memories, and inspiring each other to become better every day.
