Hey guys this is Lina just right in a little post for y'all we're coming to the season where we eat great food and enjoy people's company I think we should make it a priority and to stay fit while we are entering into our favorite food holiday season let me know what are your favorite foods and keep me posted on on your accomplishments I would like to hear from each of you and see how you're doing and and seeing if you're meeting your goals I'm still trying to meet my goal I'm sorry I haven't been able to videotape they don't allow us to video taping in the gym that I go to but I'm still trying to keep my progress of trying to eat healthy and try to keep consistency with working out but yeah I would love to hear from you till next time stay strong.πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

We're getting close to Christmas day and even though we would love to eat everything that's makes the season great remember your goals and just portion it's ok to enjoy seasonal foods. We just have to remember how much to intake and still get that workout in. πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺβ˜ƒοΈ
