I have been criticized for having clients repeat the same foundational workouts week after week. Some people think every workout needs to feel new and different. I disagree.
You do not get stronger, build muscle, or move better by constantly changing exercises. You get results by repeating effective movements, improving technique, adding reps, and gradually using more weight.
The workouts may not always feel new or entertaining, but they produce measurable progress. “Muscle confusion” is marketing nonsense. Your body does not need random variety, it needs consistent progressive overload.
